The African Real Estate Society (AfRES) offers membership to real estate professionals and technicians. We offer four levels of membership:

AfRES Membership Plans
Individual Membership
The annual fee for Individual membership is $100Corporate Membership
The company is entitled to nominate 5 individual members and enjoy discounted exposure at all chapter functions.University Membership
University membership at annual subscription rate of $10 per student enrollment in the department, is open to tertiary institutions who engage in Real estate and allied studies.Distinguished Fellow Membership
A Distinguished Fellow is either an individual member or a friend of the Society who commits to pay $3,570 over a period of 5 years and will be so inducted at the completion of the payment. The proceeds of subscription from this class is to be invested for 5 years at the end of which the interest thereof at all times will be used to fund Research efforts of members of the Society in the continent. Benefactor: $1,000
Endowed Doctoral Sponsorship: $10,000 Endowed Doctoral Sponsorship can be established with two consecutive payments of $5,000/year. Individuals creating the sponsorship become lifetime Fellows.
Endowed International Scholar Sponsorship: $25,000 Endowed International Scholar Sponsorship can be established with five consecutive payments of $5,000/year. Individuals creating the sponsorship become lifetime Fellows.
Corporate Endowment: The society is also interested in partnering with any corporate body that may wish to make a substantial contribution towards a specific Research effort or an identified knowledge gap that is to research. Such contributions will be duly acknowledged, and channeled to the agreed research interest and the incentives for Fellows will be extended to such organization.
