ESV. Dr. Kunle Awolaja. FNIVS, RSV, MNIM.

ESV. Dr. Kunle Awolaja. FNIVS, RSV, MNIM. is the President of the African Real Estate Society (AfRES) .

He is a Public Servant and presently the Director of, the Lagos State Valuation Office (LASVO), Lagos, Nigeria.

He has been a proud member of AfRES since 2007 and has attended and presented papers at various International Seminars and Conferences which include the European Real Estate Society (ERES), International Real Estate Society (IRES), and the American Real Estate Society (ARES), World Concrete Conference, The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) Annual Conferences amongst others,

He is a member IRES Board as well as a Member of the IRES Award Committee, a Fellow: of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a Registered Member: the Estate Surveyors and Valuer Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), a Fellow: Institute of Management Consultant, Fellow: Member, Nigeria Institute of Management
